There is no safe way to lose weight fast, the average weight loss that is healthy is 1 to 2 pounds a week.
What is necessary is a lifestyle change, learn to eat healthy and in the correct order. You want to eat 4 to 5 small and healthy meals daily, they should add up to 1,000 or 1,500 calories a day less then you eat now. If you make this your normal eating pattern you will maintain the weight loss you achieve.
You do not want to lose weight too fast becasue your skin will not adjust and you will be left with hanging and lose skin.
Drink water all day long and cut out sodas and sugars.
Consult a doctor and see if you can exercise, if so then start exercising and add activities to your day that are physical like walking or taking the stairs.
I think first you need to talk to a doctor if you want to lose weight rapidly. An extreme change in diet and rigorous exercise is your safest bet though. It would be smart to not change so much right away. Ease into it and soon you’ll start seeing the pounds fall off. Again though, please talk to your doctor before getting too crazy!
